Corkage fee

• We take care of the cake and the drink of your choice - should you still want your own cake or drinks, we charge a fee of 1.90 euros per piece of cake and 15.00 euros per bottle of wine.

noise protection

• We also have to comply with the statutory noise protection regulations for all music-related events. It is therefore forbidden to hold musical performances, music transmissions or other stage programs that use loudspeaker systems from 10 p.m. Outside in order to keep the sound emissions to a reasonable level, all DJ systems (or similar) must generally be played on our in-house loudspeaker systems that are copious in their performance but precisely matched to our spatial conditions. Deviating program planning requires our prior approval without exception. Any damage resulting from non-compliance with such regulations will be borne by the organizer.

opening times & extra time

• Our regular opening times can be found on our website, according to seasonal regulations. For special events such as weddings, birthday parties (or similar), we provide a closing time at 1 a.m. Extension times are generally charged with a fee of 300,- euros (1 a.m. to 2 a.m.) for the first extension hour and 700,- euros for the second extension hour (2 a.m. - 3 a.m.) and must have been expressly agreed with us in advance . Under these conditions, the maximum duration is possible until 3 a.m. After that, calm must have returned to our premises. Exceedings to our closing times, contrary to this regulation, for whatever reason, will be charged with an additional fee of 1,000,- euros for each additional hour or part thereof.

booking of the hotel

• That our house guests, who do not belong to your own guests, can find peace and quiet in our hotel during your festivities, the rental of all hotel rooms, is a requirement.

• Please note that inside and outside of our facility, it is prohibited to use confetti cannons or similar. We therefore reserve the right to charge special cleaning fees, not less than 100,- euros in individual cases.
