Your room is ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Check-in is possible until 9 p.m. On the day of departure, the room should be vacated by 11:00 a.m. We provide down-free beds for allergy sufferers on request. All rooms, suites and maisonettes are non-smoking.

Our gourmet breakfast is included in our room prices. This is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the restaurant. For 26.00 euros per person, we are happy to welcome external guests to our extensive breakfast buffet.

We are happy to offer our hotel guests a 3-course menu as part of half board in our restaurant. This costs 39.00 euros per person and offers a main course as well as a starter and dessert.

On special holidays such as Pentecost, Ascension Day or German Unity Day, a booking of at least 3 nights is neccessary. At these times, the room prices of the main season (Fri-Sun) apply. On Christmas and New Year's Eve, only the arrangements can be booked.

Please note that all prices refer to in-house bookings. Prices via external providers may vary.

Extra beds are possible in the maisonettes and partly in the suites. Including breakfast an extra bed costs 55 euros per person and night. In our double rooms an extra bed is not possible. The delivery of a cot costs a one-time fee of 15 euros and is possible in all rooms.

We charge a parking fee of 5 euros per night.

Rooms & suites

• You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
• After the 2 days-deadline we calculate 80% of the total travel price.
• In case of no-show we charge 100% of the total travel price.

Arrangements

• Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival free of charge
• up to the 14th day before arrival 50%
• 13 to 8 days before arrival 60%
• from the 7th day before arrival 80% of the travel price. In case of no-show we charge 100% of the total travel price.

Additional deposits on Christmas and New Year's Eve:

• A deposit of 50% of the arrangement is due 14 days after booking.
• until October 15 the remaining 50% of the arrangement must be paid.
